Frequently Asked Questions.

  • QUESTION: What if I don’t own a firearm, and I do not have ammunition, can I still take the course and qualify for the SC CWP?
  • ANSWER: Yes. DRS has 9mm pistols you may use for the class (ammunition available for sale).
  • QUESTION: Will I have to bring fingerprint cards or other documentation to receive a SC CWP prior to arrival?
  • ANSWER: No. DRS will coordinate everything for you electronically prior to you leaving.
  • QUESTION: If I have an unexpected scheduling conflict and cannot attend, can I have a refund?
  • ANSWER: DRS does not offer refunds on any training course if someone changes their mind or are unable to attend. This is due to the limited course capacity as well as our dedication to our team and training partners. DRS is prepared to move the course reservation to a future date with advance notice and confirmation by our staff of 72 hours before scheduled training. Leaving a voicemail or dropping a text or email without receiving a reply voids DRS’s obligation to reschedule.
